In the north-east of the region, enter the Tomb of the First Champion and follow the path. Ideally you'll want to be level 50 for the last stage, but it is possible (all be it very hard) at level 46. As mentioned at the start of the quest, the higher your level the better for this stage. Speak to Myrrine again at the docks, it's time to destroy some more ships. Travel south from Samos to reach your next destination, Kos.
